  4. Since I haven’t travel that much, reading yours make me wants to travel to. Love this one: I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I intended to be. So True!!

  6. Many thanks for liking my latest blog post. Love your blog – makes me think about my own travelling days. Have a wonderful time in New Zealand, it is an amazing country. I lived in Nelson for a short time – a beautiful place (and a hop away from the gorgeous Abel Tasman National Park) :-)

  7. Your blog has joie de vivre written all over it. I love the post cards and your photos. Your description of Amsterdam was fun to read. I look forward to reading through all your entries.

  8. Thanks for visiting my blog! You seem like a kindred spirit. I too was infected with a severe form of wanderlust at a young age, and it still hasn’t let go of me. Get me on a plane, or on the road, visiting different and exotic places, and I am in heaven.

You have a lovely blog. :)

  11. I saw mention of your blog on my friend Steve’s “Around the World with Steve” blog. I love the pictures and vitage postcards/pin-up art (my daughter would love your site…she has a thing for pin-up art). I love to travel too, but most of mine of late has been local (Unitied States). Anyway…you have a beautiful blog and the writings of your travels are interesting. Keep on writing and traveling for as long at that is your passion!

  12. Hey Alli- Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting! I think traveling is a lifestyle, and its all about the life-travel balance. In order for “normal” folks like us to sustain that lifestyle, we have to incorporate and infuse it in our lives in a manageable way! I love your blog and look forward to following your travels. New Zealand is one of my favorite places on the planet. You will have an amazing adventure!

  13. And, somehow, I just suspect you would not call the government to help rescue you, Alli! You give travel and travellers a good name, mate! Keep reporting back for us sticks in the mud who barely make it past the front door. D.

  14. It looks like you are free and loving life – that’s so wonderful. Also the message about happiness being a journey and not a destination – yes!! inspiring words to live by. Also thanks for liking my post. Keep exploring, the world needs more explores not afraid to challenge boundaries. Amber, (AKA Stop and Smell the Roses)
