  1. The list is just exciting…but just a little suggestion on my part; put in “Trekking in Nepal”..or something like that..if you love adventure with Nature…you wouldn’t want to miss the country :)

  2. Its odd both from different parts of the globe and both well travelled, a lot of the places I visited are on your too do list and a lot of the places I want to visit are on your done list……need to compare notes lol.

  3. pretty ambitious list and I wish you all the best.

I am curious though, why 30 ? do you stop travelling after 30 or is it that you don’t want to look too ahead too soon ?

  4. Hi there! Have to say, I`m loving this travel blog! I`ve always loved travelling, and it`s great to find some inspiration in the blogosphere! and btw, I really recommend visiting Norway, though I might be a bit biased;-) Places I`d suggest are of course Lofoten, which is the ultimate Norwegian experience, nature and people, and Bergen, and of course my current place of living, Oslo, though visit during summer!!

    • Thanks, Norwegian Girl! Thanks very much for the visit and your Norway advice. I’d really like to make it there as well as the rest of Scandinavia! Looks amazing.

  5. Nice ambitious list. I want to see many of those same places, but for me it will have to be before I’m 50. The Galapagos Islands in particular are high on my list.

By the way, I love the image you have on the right about traveling, reading, writing, and drinking tea–it describes me to a “tea.” :-) Would you mind if I used that image on my blog? Keep up the good writing. Your adventures are inspiring.

    • Thanks, Michael! Haha that image also describes me to a “tea,” I love it! Of course I don’t mind if you use that image on your blog :) Thank you also for the encouragement – I live to travel and write! :D

  6. What a fun blog! I’ve been to just about all of your northern countries listed above. I love Europe!! I’d like to visit Argentina and Uruguay, too. I REALLY want to visit Russia. I haven’t been to the Baltic States but would like to. How many years do you have until you’re 30? I love traveling, too.

    • Hi there! I have 5 years until I’m 30… my 25th birthday is right around the corner. All I want to do is travel and I hope I make it to as many places on my list as I can! Thanks for visiting!

  7. Hi Alli, love your blog! Could easily copy and paste your list of places and add it to my travel “To Do’s”. I recently turned 25 too and feel the need to tackle most of those places by 30 as well! I am almost done teaching English in Thailand and wish it wouldn’t end so I could see more places! Highly recommend Thailand, amazing country and people. Hope you can make it there soon!

    • Hi there! Teaching English in Thailand sounds amazing. Gotta admit, its crossed my mind a bunch of times! I’ve heard really great things about Thailand… maybe it will be next after NZ :) Thanks for your comment!
