Biking, Windmills, & Cheese

I kick started the morning with a bike ride into the countryside of Edam and biked around like a laid back local, passing working windmills along the way. In an intro to Dutch culture, I saw how clogs are made at a Clog Museum, and later tried some (and by some I mean a disgusting amount) of cheese from the world-famous cheese village of Edam.
